Product Configuration
The stainless steel U shaped tubular heating element is an electric heater consisting of a heating element encapsulated in a metal or ceramic tube. The U shaped tube heatig element is designed to generate heat by converting electrical energy into thermal energy and is commonly used in various heating applications in industrial and domestic environments. Stainless steel tubular heaters are versatile and can be adapted to different heating requirements due to their flexible design and construction.
The structure of the U shaped tubular heating element is a rubber ring, a compression nut, a thermal insulation material and a nut. SUS tubular heater elements can be designed with a wide range of electrical ratings, diameters, lengths, terminations and sheathing materials. The U shaped tubular water heating elements are usually made of stainless steel, copper, etc. The choice of material can be determined from the maximum temperature of the sheath. Tubular heaters can be bent into various shapes required by customers through the process of tube shrinkage, annealing, bending and so on. The shape can be U-shaped, double-U-shaped or 3U-shaped, and can also be customized according to needs, which can increase the heating power in a limited length or width and improve the use effect.
