Pipe heating cable (commonly known as pipe heating zone, silicone heating zone) is a kind of energy-saving equipment for pre-heating of the material, it is installed before the material equipment, to achieve direct heating of the material (with insulation layer), so that it is circulating heating in high temperature, and finally achieve the purpose of heating and insulation. It is widely used in oil pipeline, asphalt, clean oil and other fuel oil pre-heating occasions.
The body part of the pipeline heater is composed of nickel-chromium alloy wire and silicone rubber high temperature insulation cloth.
1. If the heating temperature range is not large: according to the production size set the heating power, (no temperature control);
2. If heated to a fixed temperature point (thermostat can be configured);
3. If the heating temperature range changes greatly (with temperature control knob);
4. If you want to test the heating temperature inside (built-in PT100 or K-type temperature sensor);
5.If the large pipe heating temperature control is accurate (consider the electrical cabinet control system).

Pipeline heating belt has good chemical corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high temperature resistance, high cold resistance, good waterproof performance. It can be used for the heating, tracing and insulation of pipes, tanks and tanks of industrial equipment or laboratories in humid, non-explosive gas sites. More suitable for cold areas: pipelines, storage tanks, solar energy, etc., the main function of hot water pipe heating and insulation, thawing, snow and ice.
2. Heating performance
The silicone heating belt is soft, easier to get close to the heated object, and the shape can be designed to change with the requirements of the heating, so that the heat can be transferred to any desired place. The general flat heating body is mainly composed of carbon, and the silicone heating belt is composed of orderly nickel-chromium alloy wire, so it has fast heating, uniform heating, good heat conduction, etc. (thermal conductivity of 0.85).
According to the production requirements, it is divided into the following 3 types:
1, can be directly wound (winding heating belt do not overlap) on the surface of the pipeline, and then use the shrinkage force of self-adhesive reinforcement;
2. It can be made with 3M glue on the back, and it can be wrapped around the pipe after removing the adhesive layer during installation;
3. If it is made according to the circumference and length of the pipeline: (1) riveting the metal buckle on the reserved holes on both sides of the heating belt, using the tension of the spring to stay close to the heated part; ② or fix the silk felt on both sides of the heating belt outside the pipe;
