Product Configuration
The fin heating element air heater is mainly made of metal tube (iron/ stainless steel) as the shell, magnesium oxide powder for the insulation and heat-conducting as the filler, and the electric heating wire is used as the heating element.Electrothermal alloy wires (nickel-chrome, iron-chromium alloy wires) are evenly distributed along the central axis of the tube, and the gap is filled and compacted with magnesia with good insulation and thermal conductivity, and both ends of the nozzle are sealed with silicone. At the same time, a metal heat sink is wound on the surface of the fin heating element air heater.
With our advanced production equipment and process technology, all finned heating element air heaters are manufactured through strict quality management. It is made by winding a metal heat sink evenly and orderly on the shell of the electric heating tube. Generally, the heating medium is air. The heat dissipation area of this heating tube is more wider. At the same time, increasing the heat dissipation speed, improving thermal efficiency and prolonging service life.
