Our aluminum heaters are customized according to your specifications.The aluminum heating plate for press machine consist of one or several electrical resist ances embedded in a block of aluminum providing excellent thermal conductivity.
The casting aluminum heater has casting aluminum heater, casting copper heater ,casting iron heater, according to the technology, it can be divided into press casting production and water casting production, in space of more dimension and size, normally used water casting production.

Features
1. The aluminum heating plate is one kind heaig element of high efficiency divide equably. Good thermal conductivity metal alloy, ensure hot surface temperaure equably, eliminate hot point and cold point of device. It has long use-life, good keep warm property, strong mechanical property, corrosion-proof, magnetic field proof advantages etc.
2. Surface load of casting aluminum : 2.5-4.5w/cm2,working temperature between 150-350 ℃.
3. Surface load to casting copper: 3.5-5.0w/cm2, working temperature between 150-450 ℃.
4. Surface load to casting iron: 4.5-6.0w/cm2,working temperature between: 150-700 ℃.
