1. Control heating time and temperature
Different materials of fabric and hot paper need different heating times and temperatures. Too high temperature and time will cause the hot stamping paper to burn or the fabric to burn, while too low temperature and time will cause the hot stamping is not strong. Therefore, when using aluminum heat press plate, it needs to be adjusted according to the requirements of the material.
2. Choose the right hot paper
Different hot paper has different characteristics, such as viscosity, transparency and so on. When choosing hot stamping paper, you need to choose the right hot stamping paper according to your needs to achieve the best hot stamping effect.
3. Control the pressure of the heat stamping machine
The pressure of the hot stamping machine will also affect the effect of hot stamping. Too much pressure will make the hot paper and the fabric closely combined, but also make the pattern distorted; Too little pressure will cause the hot stamping is not firm. Therefore, when using the hot stamping machine to heat the aluminum plate, it needs to be adjusted according to the requirements of the material.
4. Be safe
