Product Configuration
The 30mm width crankcase heaters are fitted to refrigerating compressors to prevent the coolant from being absorbed by the oil.The lower the temperature, the quicker and the more complete the absorption, which can seriously damage the compressor, especially when starting up, through lack of lubrication. The integrated thermostat on the crankcase heater makes it autonomous.

Product Features
1. 30mm width crankcase heater has excellent physical strength and soft properties; Applying external force to the electric heater can make good contact between the electric heating element and the heated object.
2. Compressor crankcase heater can be made into any shape, including three-dimensional shape, and can also retain various openings for easy installation;
3. Silicone rubber has good weather resistance and aging resistance. As the surface insulation material of the electric heater, it can effectively prevent the surface cracking of the product, improve the mechanical strength, and greatly extend the service life of the product;
4. Silicone electric heating belt has good chemical corrosion resistance and can be used in harsh environments, such as damp and corrosive gases. The silicone heating belt is mainly composed of nickel chromium alloy heating wire and silicone rubber high temperature insulation cloth. It has fast heating, uniform temperature, high thermal efficiency, high strength, easy to use, more than five years of safe life, and not easy to aging.
