The Defrost Heating Element for Fridge is used for the air cooler defrosting,picture shape of defrost heating tube is A-A type (double straight tube ),tube length custom is following your air-cooler size,our all defrost heater can be customized as required. The defrost heating element for fridge tube diameter can be made 6.5mm or 8.0mm,the tube with lead wire part will be sealed by rubber head.And the shape can also be made U shape and L shape.Power of defrost heating tube will be produced 300-400W per meter. |

Product Configuration
Defrost heating element for fridge is often used for melting ice on the surface of evaporators in refrigerant systems, evaporating water accumulated in trays, etc. It can be placed directly on evaporators or applied to the pipes. Heaters works instantly during the defrost cycle, allowing the ice to melt.
The heating elements wire in defrost heaters are isolated with MgO and placed inside stainless tubes with fully automatic machines. Electrical cables are applied by silicon vulcanization and fully hermetic structure is provided. The vulcanization part can be produced in the same diameter or wider than the pipe diameter according to the demand of our customers.

The defrost heating elements are used in refrigerators or cold storage rooms for the purpose of defrosting the ice.Defrost heater tube can be used for circulating the hot air for defrosting within the refrigerator or placed at the doors of commercial refrigerator or storage rooms to ensure that smooth openings. Defrost heater can also be placed around the blowers of compressors to remove frostings around the fans. The defrost heater is made fully water resistant by silicone rubber double insulated cable to the end of the element.
