The cold room heating element is used for the air cooler defrosting,picture shape of defrost heating tube is A-A type (double straight tube ),tube length custom is following your air-cooler size,our all defrost heater can be customized as required. The stainless steel defrost heating tube for air cooler tube diameter can be made 6.5mm or 8.0mm,the tube with lead wire part will be sealed by rubber head.And the shape can also be made U shape and L shape.Power of defrost heating tube will be produced 300-400W per meter. |

Refrigerator Stainless steel defrost heater is the electrical heating element designed and developed for the defrosting by the electrical heating on the refrigerating equipments like various refrigeration houses, refrigeration, exhibitions and island cabinets. It can be conveniently inlayed in the fins of the air cooler and the condenser as well as the chassis of the water collector to do the defrosting work.The cold room heating element has the function of good defrosting and heating effect, stable electric property, high insulation resistance,corrosion resisting,anti-aging, high overload capacity, small leakage current, stability and reliability as well as the long use life.
Defrost Heaters are produced using Incoloy840, 800, stainless steel 304, 321, 310S, aluminum sheath materials. and also there is huge variety of selection of termination styles available. Defrost heater are custom designed in a various Shapes and sizes based on customer’s requirements.
