The defrost tubular heating element is used for the air cooler defrosting,picture shape of defrost heating tube is A-A type (double straight tube ),tube length custom is following your air-cooler size,our all defrost heater can be customized as required. The stainless steel defrost heating tube for air cooler tube diameter can be made 6.5mm or 8.0mm,the tube with lead wire part will be sealed by rubber head.And the shape can also be made U shape and L shape.Power of defrost heating tube will be produced 300-400W per meter. |

China defrost heater element is mainly used in refrigerators, air conditioners, freezers, display cabinets, containers, it is low temperature heating, two head is under the process of pressure glue sealing treatment, it can work in long-term low temperature and wet state, with anti-aging, long life and other characteristics. The tube diameter is 6.5 mm,8.0mm,10.7mm and so on, and the spread length is 300 mm to 700 mm.The sheath is made of stainless steel304,312,304L,etc,the sealing rubber at the pipe mouth is neoprene or silicone rubber.Tubular heater defrost heater can be assembled with thermostat,the power range from 100w-2000w.If any special requirment,we can do OEM for customers.
