Flange immersion water heater is also known as flange electric heat tube (also known as plug-in electric heater), it is the use of U-shaped tubular electric heating element, multiple U-shaped electric heat pipe welded on the flange centralized heating, according to heating different media design specifications, according to the power configuration requirements assembled on the flange cover, inserted into the material to be heated. A large amount of heat emitted by the heating element is transmitted to the heated medium to increase the temperature of the medium to meet the required process requirements, which is mainly used for heating in open and closed solution tanks and circular/loop systems.
The tubular flange immersion heater is also called the beam heating tube, which is formed by 1, 2, 3 or a multiple of 3 U-shaped tubes fixed on a flange. Flange electric heating pipe is divided into two kinds of flat flange and wire flange, and wire flange is divided into wire and reverse wire buckle two kinds.
1. Flat flange heating tube

A. First, cut holes in the heating container.
B. Weld the female ring on the outside of the hole. (The female ring is matched with the heating pipe thread buckle)

( 2 ). reverse buckle flange tubular heater
A. First, cut holes in the heating container. (The aperture is equal to the diameter of the thread thread of the heating tube)

C, finally use the hex nut to screw on the thread of the electric heat pipe to seal the ring.
