Silicone rubber heater pad is a soft and flexible thin sheet electric heating device, which is made by placing the metal heating element in the shape of a pole or a wire in the glass fiber cloth coated with high temperature resistant silicone rubber and pressing it at high temperature. The silicone rubber heater body is thin, usually 1.5MM thickness. Silicone rubber heater mat is light in weight, generally 1.3-1.9 kg per square meter. It has the characteristics of large heating surface, uniform heating, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, environmental protection, flame retardant, easy installation, long service life and high insulation strength. It is useful in many electric heating devices.
The silicone rubber heater pad has good softness and can be in complete close contact with the heated object. With flexibility, it is easier to get close to the heating body, and the shape can change with the requirements of the design heating. The silicone rubber heater is composed of nickel alloy resistance lines after being arranged, and the surface heater can be made into various shapes as required. The back of the heating sheet is added with backing glue, which can make the silicone heating sheet firmly stick to the surface of the object to be added. Easy to install. The silicone rubber heating pad can be customized according to the user's needs of voltage, power, size, product shape production.
