The aluminum heating plate for heat press plate is a heating device formed by high-quality aluminum alloy die-casting with tubular electric heating elements as the heat source. The aluminum heat plate is specially designed for heat transfer printing, heat transfer painting and other processes. The working temperature range is usually 150 to 450℃. Its core components include:
● Heating element: Iron-chromium-aluminum wire electric heating tube, with a surface load of 2.5 to 4.5 W/cm², ensuring efficient heat generation;
● Shell: Cast from national standard aluminum ingots, with uniform heat conduction and corrosion resistance;
● Temperature control system: Some models are equipped with temperature measurement holes and temperature controllers, allowing for precise temperature adjustment and preventing overheating.
