The oven heating element is used for the microwave,stove,electric grill.Shape of the oven heater can be customized as client’s drawings or samples.The tube diameter can be choosed 6.5mm,8.0mm or 10.7mm. Product Configuration
The grill oven heating element is made of a metal tube as the shell. Spiral electric heating alloy wires (nickel-chromium, iron-chromium alloy) are evenly distributed along the central axis of the tube. The gaps are filled and compacted with magnesia sand with good insulation and thermal conductivity. Both ends of the nozzle are made of silica gel or Ceramic seal. The Oven Grill Heating Element usually used in household ovens, it is made of high-temperature resistant materials, making it dry-boiled. In order to better fit the oven, the shape and size of the oven grill heating tube can be customized, and the voltage and power can also be customized according to requirements.
