Product Configuration
We offer cable heating elements in a wide range of diameters, single or double insulated in PVC 105°C. The PVC heating wire consists of a resistance wire wrapped around a PVC-coated fiberglass core and, if necessary, protected by a metal braid or sheath that can also be used for grounding. The sheath can be made of fiberglass, tinned copper or aluminum, depending on the size of the cable.
The defrost PVC wire heater is suitable for applications where flexible heaters are required to ensure perfect insulation, as well as for immersion or high humidity environments. They consist of resistance wires wound around a fiberglass holder and coated with an insulating coating: silicone, PVC, fiberglass, PVC silicone or fiberglass silicone.
Based on the technical specifications of the application, we help our customers determine the most efficient PVC defrost heater cable size and select the best connection and regulation system.
