Product Configuration
PVC insulated heating wire is mainly composed of alloy electric heating wire and PVC insulation layer high temperature insulation cloth. When in use, it has the characteristics of fast heating, uniform temperature, high thermal efficiency and good toughness. PVC defrost wire heater The resistance alloy wire is wound on the glass fiber wire, or the single resistance alloy wire is twisted as the core wire, and the outer layer is covered with PVC insulating layer.
Product Features
1. High electric heating conversion efficiency. PCV insulated heating wire has high electric conversion efficiency and can effectively save energy. It has the advantages of fast heating, uniform heating, safe heating, energy saving, extended battery life and so on.
2. Good electrical conductivity. PVC insulated heating cable has good electrical conductivity, good energy saving performance and no current impact.
3. Good waterproof and heat insulation performance. Although the first layer of PVC is a cotton layer composed of needle-cotton or paving cotton, the second layer is a heating layer composed of silicone wrapped heating wire, and the third layer is a bonded lining layer composed of non-woven fabrics. Such production can not only greatly improve the heat insulation and softness of the heating sheet, but also has good waterproof and heat insulation performance.
4. Long life. The outer insulation shielding layer is made of PVC, glass fiber wire, tinned copper wire, and the service life can be guaranteed for more than 5 years. Under the same conditions, the service life of PVC heating wire is much longer than that of metal wire.
