Product Configuration
The SS304 finned tubular heater minimizes the risk of sparks and fire from combustible particles in the flow, making it a safer option than open tube heaters. Fins increase the surface area and they quickly dissipate heat in air and inert gas heating systems such as pipe heaters and convection furnaces. The jacket, fins and fittings of the finned heating elements are all made of stainless steel, the fin size is 5mm, and the tube diameter can be made 6.5mm,8.0mm or 10.7mm, which is more heat and corrosion resistant than steel. These heaters require a temperature switch or control (sold separately) to adjust the output.
