Product Configuration
The cold room defrost drain heater is mainly composed of heating cable, insulation layer, sheath, joint, terminal, of which heating cable is its core component. The defrost drain heater contains a plurality of heating wires and insulation layers, whose function is to generate heat to melt the frost and snow accumulated on the surface of the cold storage. The insulation layer is mainly used to protect the wire of the heating cable, and the sheath is used to protect the heating cable from external damage.
Since the front end of the drainage pipe is installed in the cold storage, the defrosting water often freezes because of the environment below 0 ° C, blocking the drainage pipe, so it is necessary to install a defrost drain heater to ensure that the defrosting water does not freeze in the drainage pipe. Install the defrost drain heater in the drainage pipe, and heat the pipe while defrosting to make the water discharge smoothly.
