Compressor crankcase oil heater is mainly composed of two parts: electric heating material and silicone insulation material. The electric heating material is the core of the heating belt, which is responsible for converting electrical energy into heat. At present, the mainstream electric heating material on the market is nickel-chromium alloy heating wire, which has the advantages of fast heating, high thermal efficiency and long service life. Silicone insulation material plays a role in protecting the electric heating material and ensuring the safety of use. It has good temperature resistance and reliable insulation performance, and can effectively prevent the safety problems such as short circuit or leakage caused by direct contact with the outside world.

Compressor crankcase oil heater is an electric heating tube. the crankcase oil heater is located under the oil surface of the crankcase of the refrigeration compressor. It is used to heat the oil when the compressor is stopped, so that the compressor lubricating oil maintains a certain temperature, thus reducing the proportion of refrigerant dissolved in the oil. The most important thing is to prevent the oil and refrigerant mixture viscosity is too large when the weather is cold, which makes the compressor start resistance, and this method is generally adopted to protect the compressor for large units.
