Crankcase heating belt is an electrical product, is mainly used in various types of crankcase in air conditioning and refrigeration industry, its main function is to avoid the mixing of refrigerant and frozen oil. When the temperature drops, refrigerant will dissolve into the refrigerated oil more quickly, causes the gas refrigerant to condense in pipes, and collects in liquid form in the crankcase.If not handled in time, this may cause compressor lubrication failure, and damage the crankcase and connecting rod. Therefore, the crankcase heater belt is designed to prevent this from happening through heating, to ensure the normal operation of the compressor and extend the service life.
1. The design length, rated voltage, power of the crankcase heater ( is generally not more than 100W per meter) , power outlet length is determined by the user.
2. silicone crankcase heater can work normally in the ambient temperature from -30℃ to +180℃, and the relative humidity of surrounding air is not more than 90% ( temperature 25℃) .
3. The working voltage is 187V to 242V 50Hz.
4. Under normal conditions (25℃) DC resistance deviation is less than ±7% of the standard value.
5. The compressor crankcase heater surface working temperature should be uniform, deviation is not more than ±10%, maximum temperature is not more than 150℃.
6. The compressor heating belt should be able to withstand ACl800V/1mΩ voltage test, no breakdown and flashover phenomenon.
7. At the working temperature, the leakage current of the silicone heating belt should not exceed 0.1mA.
8. After immersion test, the insulation resistance of silicone rubber crank case heater shall not be less than 100MΩ.
