Product Configuration
In the compressor, the crankcase is a key component, it houses the crankshaft and connecting rod and other moving parts. In order to ensure the normal operation of these components, lubricating oil is required for lubrication and cooling. However, at low temperatures, the viscosity of the lubricant increases and the fluidity becomes poor, which can lead to insufficient lubrication and compressor failure. To solve this problem, compressors are usually equipped with crankcase heating belts.
The role of the crankcase heater for air conditioner is to increase the temperature of the lubricating oil by heating the crankcase, thereby improving its flow. When the ambient temperature is low, the heating belt will automatically open and heat the crankcase and lubricating oil until the temperature of the lubricating oil reaches the appropriate range.
Product Features
The crankcase heater belt is essential to ensure the normal operation of the compressor. In a low temperature environment, if there is no auxiliary heating of the heating belt, the compressor may have problems such as start-up difficulties and unstable operation due to insufficient lubricating oil fluidity.
At the same time, the design and use of heating belts also need to consider safety. The heating belt is usually made of high temperature resistant materials and equipped with temperature control devices to ensure that there is no safety hazard such as excessive temperature or fire during the heating process.
In short, the opening temperature of the compressor crankcase heating belt is usually set at about 10 ° C, which is to ensure that the flow of lubricating oil in a low temperature environment reaches a better state, so as to ensure the normal operation and safety of the compressor.
