| The crankcase heater belt is mainly used for the air conditioner compressor ,the drain pipe defrosting and air cooler.The width can be choosed 14mm,20mm,25mm,and so on. | |
In low-temperature units, due to the pressure difference after the compressor is shut down, the refrigerant in the pipeline and system slowly migrates to the oil tank of the compressor and stratifies with the oil, thus stopping the compressor. When the compressor starts suddenly, the refrigerant evaporating vortex will discharge oil into the compressor, resulting in oil shortage or liquid shock. The short-term oil shock of the compressor will cause bearing wear, and even eddy current in severe cases. Therefore, it is recommended to equip the compressor with a crankcase heater belt.
Crankcase heating belt selection: 70W is recommended for 2 ~ 7 pieces; 8 ~ 15 pieces are recommended to be equipped with 90W; 130W is recommended for 20-30 pieces.
