The finned heaing element tube head can be screwed the flange or sealed by silicone rubber.The tube head sealed by silicone rubber have the best waterproof function and it it used for the unit cooler defrsoting.

Product Configuration

The finned heating element comes in a range of termination types, including flange welding, rubber moulded seal (which has superior water resistance), and other options. It is made from stainless steel pipe materials such as SS304, SS321, and others. More heat transfer is provided by high temperature modified magnesia powder insulation.

Product Applications

The main function of the finned heating tube is to increase the heat dissipation area of the heating tube, that is, to increase the contact surface between the heating tube and the air, which can greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency of the finned electric heating tube and accelerate the heat dissipation of the surface of the heating tube. Finned heating element is generally used in dry burning working environment, heating tube surface heat dissipation is accelerated, surface temperature is reduced, thus extending the service life of heating tube. Widely used in ovens, ovens, duct heaters, pipeline heaters, load boxes and so on.
