The finned heating element comes in a range of termination types, including flange welding, rubber moulded seal (which has superior water resistance), and other options. It is made from stainless steel pipe materials such as SS304, SS321, and others. More heat transfer is provided by high temperature modified magnesia powder insulation.
The main function of the finned heating tube is to increase the heat dissipation area of the heating tube, that is, to increase the contact surface between the heating tube and the air, which can greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency of the finned electric heating tube and accelerate the heat dissipation of the surface of the heating tube.
