Specifically, the evaporator defrost heating element heater converts electrical energy into heat energy to directly heat the fins of the cold air blower.When the temperature of the fins rises, the frost layer melts and falls off due to the heat, thereby restoring the normal heat exchange capacity of the equipment.The advantages of this method (evaporator defrost heater element) lie in its relatively simple structural design, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.In addition, its operation process can be easily automated, such as setting the start conditions through a timer or temperature sensor to ensure that the defrosting process occurs at the appropriate time and avoid unnecessary energy waste.
The cold room/cold storage defrosting heating elements in the evaporator, as one of the core components of the refrigeration system, directly affect the overall operational efficiency of the system.To prevent frost formation on the fins from causing damage to the equipment, these defrost heater elements must be able to start promptly and provide sufficient heat to melt the frost layer.At the same time, reasonable control of the heating duration and temperature is also crucial. The cold storage/cold room evaporator defrost heating element is used for the air cooler defrosting,picture shape of defrost heater is A-A type (double straight tube ),tube length custom is following your air-cooler size,our all defrost heater element can be customized as required. The evaporator defrost heater tube diameter can be made 6.5mm or 8.0mm,the tube with lead wire part will be sealed by rubber head.And the shape can also be made U shape and L shape.Power of defrost heating tube will be produced 300-400W per meter. |
