The Defrost Heater Tube for Water Collection Trays is used for the air cooler defrosting,picture shape of defrost heating tube is A-A type (double straight tube ),tube length custom is following your air-cooler size,our all defrost heater can be customized as required. The stainless steel defrost heater tube diameter can be made 6.5mm or 8.0mm,the tube with lead wire part will be sealed by rubber head.And the shape can also be made U shape and L shape.Power of defrost heating tube will be produced 300-400W per meter. |

Product Function
The main function of the defrost heater tube is to prevent the evaporator from freezing, thus improving the cooling effect of the refrigeration device and reducing energy consumption. In refrigeration devices such as cold storage cold air machines and refrigerated display cabinets, the evaporator surface is prone to frosting. Frost will make the flow channel narrower, reduce air volume, and even completely block the evaporator, seriously affecting air flow and causing a significant drop in cooling effect and an increase in electricity consumption. To solve this problem, the usual method is to use electric heat defrosting, using the defrost heating tube to heat the frost on the evaporator surface, making it melt, thus achieving the purpose of defrosting.
