Product Configuration
Aluminum flexible foil heater is a sheet-shaped heater in which aluminum foil serves as the heat transfer carrier, and the heating wire is bonded to the aluminum foil through an auxiliary adhesive. The aluminum foil heaters can be divided into double-layer aluminum foil adhesive type and single-layer aluminum foil hot-melt type from the structure. Foil heater is easy to install and use safely, with even heat transfer, waterproof and moisture-proof, long service life, and low price. The aluminum foil heater plates is suitable for use at rated voltages of 250V or below, 50-60 Hz, relative humidity of ≤90%, and ambient temperatures of -30°C to +50°C for electric heating. Its large area and even heating make it convenient to use, and it is widely used in the auxiliary heating and defrosting of refrigerators and freezers, as well as other electric heating appliances.
Product Applications
The aluminum foil heaters are equipped with a self-adhesive backing, making it easy and convenient to install quickly on areas that need to maintain a temperature. The size can be customized according to requirements. The aluminum foil heater pad can be equipped with an automatic temperature regulator according to needs. Holes can be opened on the material and it can be connected to a ground wire. It is widely used in defrosting and thawing of refrigerators and freezers, anti-freezing action of plate heat exchangers, maintaining the temperature of hot food display counters in restaurants, preventing condensation in electronic and electrical control boxes, heating of sealed compressors, preventing condensation on bathroom glass, and preventing condensation on cold display cabinets in supermarkets and other scenarios.
