The cooler unit tubular heater is used for the air cooler and freezer/refrigerator defrosting,tube length custom is following your air-cooler size,our all defrost heater can be customized as required. The cold room defrost heater tube diameter can be made 6.5mm,8.0mm and 10.7mm,the shape and size can be customized as client’s requirements.The defrost heater tube can be added the terminal,such as 6.3mm terminal or female/male terminal. |

Product Configuration
The primary components of the defrosting tubular heaters are modified magnesium oxide powder, stainless steel pipe, and electromagnetic alloy wire. Magnesium oxide powder filled the space left by the electric heating wire, which is axially distributed along the middle of the stainless steel pipe and has good thermal conductivity and insulation.Often, silicone or ceramic seals are used on both ends of the nozzle.Depending on the needs of use, the refrigerator defrost heater tube may be bent into a variety of shapes.It is lightweight and simple to install and disassemble.With its high level of automation, the cold room heating tube may be tailored to each customer's needs.Furthermore,high temperature magnesium oxide powder was added to the freezer defrost heating tube during processing, preventing the surface insulation from being charged while the tube heated with electricity.

The defrosting heating pipe has long service life, has good insulation and water resistance.The outer pipe material is usually stainless steel 304, has good corrosion resistance,stable performance,high electrical performance,overload capacity,small leakage current,suitable for the defrosting operation of chiller, refrigerator,freezer and other refrigeration equipment.The design of defrost heating pipe takes into account the sealing property in cold and wet working environment.Rubber pressing seal or double-wall heat shrink pipe is adopted to shrink, to ensure normal use in freezing equipment.
