The immersion heater tube for water tank is generally divided into threaded flanges and flat flanges. The common sizes of threaded flanges are 1 inch, 1.2 inches, 1.5 inches and 2 inches, and they are mostly used for low-power heating, with power settings typically ranging from several kilowatts to tens of kilowatts. Flat flanges are available in sizes from DN10 to DN1200, and different powers can be designed according to customer requirements. Generally, large-power flange immersion heating tubes use flat flanges, with power ranging from several kilowatts to hundreds of kilowatts. They have a high surface power, which is 2 to 4 times the surface load of air heating.
The water tank flange immersion heater tube is an electric heating device used for heating liquids such as water, oil or other media. It is usually installed in water tanks or storage tanks. Fixed on the water tank through flange connection, it features high heating efficiency, convenient installation and long service life.
The water tank immersion heater tubes are usually composed of 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 or more U-shaped heating tubes welded onto a flat flange by argon arc welding. These heating tubes are generally designed as high-power liquid electric heating tubes and are widely used in water tanks, electric boilers, solar auxiliary heating, heat transfer oil furnaces and other liquid heating scenarios.
