1. According to the insulation material, the heating wire can be respectively PS resistant heating wire, PVC heating wire, silicone rubber heating wire, etc. According to the power area, it can be divided into single power and multi-power two kinds of heating wire.
2. PS-resistant heating wire belongs to the heating wire, especially suitable for the need for direct contact with food, its low heat resistance, can only be used for low-power occasions, generally not more than 8W/m, long-term working temperature -25 ℃ ~ 60 ℃.
3. 105℃ heating wire is covered with materials conforming to the provisions of PVC/E grade in GB5023 (IEC227) standard, with better heat resistance, and is a commonly used heating wire with an average power density of no more than 12W/m and a use temperature of -25℃～70℃. It is widely used in coolers, air conditioners, etc. as dew-proof heating wire.
4. Silicone rubber heating wire has excellent heat resistance, widely used in refrigerators, freezers and other defrosters. The average power density is generally under 40W/m, and under the low temperature environment with good heat dissipation, the power density can reach 50W/m, and the use temperature is -60℃～155℃.
After the air cooler operates for some time, its blade will freeze, at the time, the antifreezing heating wire can be used for defrosting to let molten water discharge out of the refrigerator through the drain pipe.
As the front end of the drain pipe is installed in the refrigerator, defrosted water is frozen under 0°C to block the drain pipe,and heating wire is needed to install to ensure that defrosted water doesn't freeze in the drain pipe.
The heating wire is installed in the drain pipe to defrost and heat the pipe at the same time to let water exhaust smoothly.
