Drain Pipe Defrost Heater

Defrost drain pipe heaters are designed to be laid inside pipes for draining water from thawing refrigeration equipment installed in cold rooms. They operate only during thawing cycles.

In order to meet the typical operating requirements of heating, insulation, or anti-freezing, it works by distributing a specific amount of heat through the heat tracing media and supplementing the loss of the heat tracing pipeline by direct or indirect heat exchange.
