Note for use 1. Drain pipe heater can be heated directly in water or in air. But when you start to heat it's a little rubbery, a little bit at first, and then it goes away. 2, the Drain pipe heater cable itself is constant temperature, do not need a thermostat, can be directly heated, water, air will not affect the product life. The upper limit of the temperature of the Drain line heater is about 80℃, which will not cause damage to the pipeline. If the temperature of 80℃ is too high, a temperature switch can be used together.

Product Configuration

Drain pipe heater cable is an effective pipe insulation and anti-freezing scheme, which has been widely used. The temperature gradient of the Drain heater is small, the thermal stability time is long, and it is suitable for long-term use, and the heat required (electric power) is much lower than that of electric heating.

Drain line heater has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, energy saving, simple design, convenient construction and installation, no pollution, long service life and so on. Its working principle is to distribute a certain amount of heat through the heat tracing media, and supplement the loss of the heat tracing pipeline through direct or indirect heat exchange to meet the normal working requirements of heating, insulation or anti-freezing.

Product Applications

The fan's wind blades will freeze after the chiller operates for a while, and they must be defrosted in order for the melted water to be released from the warehouse through the drain pipe. Water frequently freezes inside the drain pipe during the drainage process since a portion of it is located in the cold storage. Installing a heating wire in the drainage pipe and heating it to facilitate smooth water release while the frost is gone are two ways to prevent this issue.
