Product Configuration
The heating tube of rice steaming cabinet is a kind of electric heating element specially used for rice steaming cabinet, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, durable, safety and so on.
The electric heating pipe of the rice steamer is mainly composed of stainless steel pipe (304 or 201), high temperature resistance wire and crystalline magnesium oxide powder.These electric heating tubes are usually made of high quality imported stainless steel tubes,high temperature magnesium oxide powder and high quality electric heating wires,to ensure their excellent overall performance and long life.In the stainless steel pipe,high temperature resistance wires are uniformly distributed in a spiral shape.The void is filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation properties.The structure not only improves the thermal efficiency,also ensures the uniformity of heating.When the current passes through the resistance wire, the heat generated by diffuses to the surface of the metal tube through the magnesium oxide powder,is finally transferred to the heated part or the air,for heating purposes.

The heating tube of rice steamer is an important part of the rice steamer, and its types are mainly as follows:
1. U-shaped heating tube: U-shaped heating tube is suitable for large rice steamer, its heating effect is stable, heating speed is fast.
2. Linear heating tube: linear heating tube is suitable for small rice steamer, its power is small, heating area is small, suitable for small-scale use.
3. Ordinary electric heat pipe: ordinary electric heat pipe is suitable for medium-sized rice steamer, its power is large, heating speed is fast, and service life is long.
