The Evaporator Defrost Heater is used for the air cooler defrosting,picture shape of defrost heating tube is A-A type (double straight tube ),tube length custom is following your air-cooler size,our all defrost heater can be customized as required. The stainless steel defrost heating tube for air cooler tube diameter can be made 6.5mm or 8.0mm,the tube with lead wire part will be sealed by rubber head.And the shape can also be made U shape and L shape.Power of defrost heating tube will be produced 300-400W per meter. |

Product Configuration
The low temperature air in the cold storage contains water, and when the water contacts the condenser, it will form frost and ice, affecting the refrigeration effect. In order to solve this problem, a fan defrost heater tube will be installed in the cold storage. The evaporator defrosting heater can generate heat, raise the temperature of the condenser surface, and melt the frost and ice.
In order to ensure the uniform and stable temperature in the cold storage, the position of the evaporator defrost heater pipe should be selected below the fan or behind the fan. In this way, the hot air can be uniformly sent to the entire cold storage, so that the temperature inside the entire cold storage is uniformly increased, thus accelerating the frost and ice melting speed on the condenser. If the defrosting pipe is placed improperly, it is easy to cause local temperature rise, or dead corners in the cold storage, resulting in frost and ice that cannot be completely melted.
