The Toaster Oven Heating Element is used for the microwave,stove,electric grill.Shape of the oven heater can be customized as client’s drawings or samples.The tube diameter can be choosed 6.5mm,8.0mm or 10.7mm. JINGWEI HEATER is the professional heating tube factory,the voltage and power of oven heating element can be customized as required.And the oven heating element tube can be annealed,the tube color will be dark green after annealing. |

Product Configuration
The oven heating tube belongs to one of the dry-burning heating tubes, and the dry-burning electric heating tube refers to the electric heating tube exposed and dry burned in the air. The inside of the oven heating element is a heating wire, and the middle is insulated with modified MgO powder and heated by forced convection. The outer surface body of the Oven heater tube is dark green stainless steel after green treatment, so we often see that the heater tube in the oven is dark green, not dirty or gray.
Oven heating tube commonly used U, W or straight rod type shape electric heating tube, made of nickel chromium alloy heating wire, stainless steel pipe and modified high temperature magnesium powder, with high thermal efficiency, long service life, easy installation, good mechanical strength and other advantages. Its shape, voltage and power can be customized according to customer needs.
