Product Configuration
The primary purpose of the drain line wire heater is to freeze the wind blade of the fan and defrost the anti-freeze heating wire after the chiller has operated for a period. This process allows the condensed water to be removed from the cold storage through the drain pipe.
In order to prevent the defrosting water from freezing in the drainage pipe, it is essential to install a heated wire. This is due to the fact that the front end of the drainage pipe is located in the cold storage area, where the temperature is frequently below 0°C.Install the drain line wire heater in the drainage pipe, and heat the pipe while defrosting to make the water discharge smoothly.

Product Announcements
1. Power: 40W/M and 50W/M are the normal power levels, however alternative power levels, such as 30W/M, can be modified;
2. The tape boday length can be adjusted from 0.5 to 20 meters, but it cannot be longer than 20 meters;
3. Do not cut the heating cable in order to reduce the cooling tail's length.
* 50W/M drain line wire heater is rather typical in general.We advise using a drain pipe heating cable with an output power of 40W/M when using plastic drain pipes.
