Product Configuration
Jingwei heater is the professional finned tubular heater factory,the finned heater can be installed in blowing ducts or other static and flowing air heating occasions. It is made of fins wound on the outer surface of the heating tube for heat dissipation.
The high temperature resistance wire is evenly distributed in the high temperature resistant stainless steel seamless tube, and the gap is densely filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation performance. This structure is not only advanced, high thermal efficiency, but also generates uniform heat. When there is an electric current in the wire, the heat generated is diffused to the surface of the metal pipe through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and then transferred to the heated part or air gas to achieve the purpose of heating.Finned tubular heater generally heating medium is air.
