Product Configuration
The flange immersion heating tube is composed of multiple heating tubes welded on the flange for centralized heating. It is mainly used for heating in open and closed solution tanks and circulating systems. It has the following advantages:
1, the surface power is large, so that the air heating surface load of 2 to 4 times;
2, flange heating pipe is highly dense, compact structure. Because the whole is short and dense, it has good stability and no support is required for installation.
Flange immersion heater tube (also known as plug-in electric heater) : It is the use of U-shaped tubular electric heating element, according to the design specifications of different heating media, according to the power configuration requirements assembled on the flange cover, inserted into the material to be heated, the heating element when the work of the large amount of heat conduction to the heated medium to increase the temperature of the medium, to meet the required process requirements. When the temperature of the medium reaches the set value required by the process, the control system adjusts the output power of the electric heater according to the signal of the temperature sensor, and realizes temperature control of the resistive load of the heating element after PID operation. Make the medium temperature uniform to meet the required requirements; When the heating element is over temperature or low liquid level, the interlock protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply to avoid burning out the heating element and prolong the service life.

Flanged heating pipe is mainly used for thermal insulation and heating of materials in various storage tanks, containers and fuel tanks in petroleum, chemical, food, machinery and other industries. Connection mode can be flanged or threaded face seal.
