Product Configuration
Defrost aluminum tube heaters are specialized defrosting heating devices used in refrigerators, cold storage facilities, and other equipment. They are made by encapsulating electric heating elements in aluminum tubes or aluminum alloy casings, achieving rapid defrosting through efficient heat conduction. The key design features include the following points:
1. Heating element: Embedded with resistance wire (such as iron-chromium-aluminum wire) and a glass fiber core inside, and wrapped with a silicone rubber insulation layer on the outside to ensure sealing and prevent leakage of electricity;
2. Aluminum tube shell: Made of aluminum alloy tube, with fins or fixed plates attached to the surface to increase the heat dissipation area and improve defrosting efficiency;
3. Temperature control: Some models are integrated with a temperature control module, featuring high temperature uniformity, thorough defrosting and low energy consumption.
