Aluminum heater plate is mainly apply to Heat press machine and casting moulding machines.Aluminum hot plate has a wide application in various machinery industries.The operation temperature can reach up to 350'C (Aluminium).In order to concentrate the heat to one direction on the injection face,the other sides of the product are covered byheat retention and heat insulation materials.So it has advantages such as advanced technology, high heat retention, long lifetime, etc.Die casting aluminum heating plate is widely used in plastic extrusion, chemical fibre, blowing moulding machines.
In the use of the need to pay attention to the following points, the working voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated value, the relative humidity of the air is not greater than 95%, no explosive and corrosive gases. The wiring part is placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded to avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media and moisture. The wiring should be able to withstand the temperature and heating load of the wiring part for a long time, and the wiring screws should be tightened to avoid excessive force.
