Product Configuration
Silicone rubber heating belt is divided into two types according to the use of occasions: pipeline electric heating belt, air conditioning compressor crankcase heater belt. The heating element is arranged nickel chromium alloy resistance wire, heating fast, uniform temperature, insulation layer using high and low temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, high insulation, aging resistance of silicone rubber and non-chemical fiber cloth, imported foam rubber and other materials, by lining, intermediate insulation layer, outer protective layer of three layers, good heat resistance, reliable insulation performance, flexibility, can be heated objects * close contact, High thermal efficiency, easy to use, can be directly wound on the surface of the heated part.

1. the air conditioner in the cold condition, the body transmission oil condensation, will affect the normal start of the unit. The heating belt crankcase heater of the air conditioning compressor can promote the thermal heating of the oil and help the unit to start normally.
2. protect the compressor in the cold winter to open without damage, extend the service life. (In the cold winter, the oil condenses and cakes in the machine, which will cause hard friction and damage the compressor when it is opened).
