Aluminum foil heater for IBC are an effective and low-cost way to heat the contents from the bottom of IBC containers.IBC aluminum foil heaters are manufactured to individual specifications and are suitable for a variety of medium bulk containers (IBC containers). Unlike the paper inner layer produced by ordinary IBC aluminum foil heaters, our IBC aluminum foil heaters are produced in an all-aluminum construction, making our aluminum foil heaters more stable, durable and able to withstand the weight of a fully loaded IBC container.
The aluminum foil heater for IBC is very easy to install and use - just remove the bulk container from the IBC frame and install the heater at the very bottom of the frame. Insert the container into the top of the alu heater, fill the container, and you're ready to heat the contents. This also makes the heater ideal for heating when transporting IBC containers.
Aluminum foil heaters for IBC are equipped with bimetal stoppers that limit the heater to a maximum temperature of 50/60°C or 70/80° or 90/100° depending on the bimetal installed and power density.
*** The 1400W aluminum heater heats water from 10°C to 43°C in a fully loaded IBC container in 48 hours.
*** The 3000W aluminum heater heats water from 28°C to 90°C in a fully loaded IBC container in 12 hours.
