The fridge refrigerator defrost heater is an important component in the refrigeration system. Defrost heater for refrigerator is mainly used to melt the frost accumulated on the evaporator during the automatic defrosting cycle to ensure the refrigeration efficiency of the refrigerator. The defrost heater element of the refrigerator is made of 304 stainless steel (with strong corrosion resistance), with a length of 20 cm or more, suitable for the structure of the freezer evaporator. The voltage can be customized from 110 to 230V, and the power is produced according to requirements.
Fridge refrigerator defrost heater tubes are typically composed of electric heating wires and insulating materials. When they are powered on, they generate heat. Once the defrost timer or control board of the refrigerator sends a signal, the fridge defrost heater starts to work, melting the frost layer on the evaporator. During the defrosting process, the melted water is drained out of the refrigerator through the drain pipe.

The fridge refrigeration defrost heater is used for the air cooler defrosting,picture shape of defrost heater is A-A type (double straight tube ),tube length custom is following your air-cooler size,our all defrost heater can be customized as required. The stainless steel defrost heater tube diameter can be made 6.5mm or 8.0mm,the tube with lead wire part will be sealed by rubber head.And the shape can also be made U shape and L shape.Power of defrost heating tube will be produced 300-400W per meter. |
