The IBC aluminum foil heater mat is a kind of aluminum foil as a base material, by laying silicone heating wire or PVC heating wire on the aluminum foil. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, fast heat conduction, light weight, soft and flexible, etc., The aluminum foil heater is widely used in all kinds of equipment that need heating.
Many foodstuffs, oils, and chemicals can thicken or even become completely solid as they cool during storage or transportation, making them difficult to dispense from an IBC.Our single-trip foil heaters are a cost effective solution to this problem.
