The flange immersion heating elements are generally divided into threaded flanges and flat flanges. The common sizes of threaded flanges are 1 inch, 1.2 inches, 1.5 inches and 2 inches, and they are mostly used for low-power heating, with power settings typically ranging from several kilowatts to tens of kilowatts. Flat flanges are available in sizes from DN10 to DN1200, and different powers can be designed according to customer requirements. Generally, large-power flange immersion heating elements use flat flanges, with power ranging from several kilowatts to hundreds of kilowatts. They have a high surface power, which is 2 to 4 times the surface load of air heating.

Product Features
1. It has a large surface power, which is 2 to 4 times the surface load of air heating.
2. It is highly dense and compact in structure. Due to its short and dense overall design, it has good stability and does not require a bracket for installation.
3. The combination type mostly uses argon arc welding to connect the electric heating tube with the flange. It can also use a fastening device, that is, each immersion heating element is welded with a fastener, and then the flange cover is locked with a nut. The tube and the fastener are welded by argon arc welding, and there will never be any leakage. The sealing part of the fastener adopts a scientific process, and it is extremely convenient to replace a single one, greatly saving maintenance costs in the future.
