2. Product introduction
The use temperature range of silicone rubber heater is between low temperature -60℃ and high temperature 250℃. The voltage can be customized according to the user’s requirements, and the highest power density is 2.1W/cm². The heating core has two kinds of high-resistance alloy wire and metal foil. The electric heating core made of metal foil can make the heating sheet withstand high power density and has excellent rapid heating function.
The silicone rubber heater pad is a thin sheet (standard thickness is 1.5mm), which has good softness and can be in close contact with the heated object. In this way, the heat can be transferred to where it is needed.
3. Features:
(1) Can be customized according to customer requirements, various shapes and sizes (such as round, oval, vertebrae…).
(2) The insulation layer of silicone rubber heating pad is composed of silicone rubber and glass fiber cloth, which has high insulation performance and breakdown voltage up to 20 ~ 50KV/mm, so it can be used with confidence.
(3) The installation of silicone rubber heater is very convenient, can be vulcanized by room temperature, vulcanized installation, can also be installed according to customer requirements, or in the form of bundling.
(4) The silicone rubber heater mat is made of nickel alloy alloy foil for etching processing, and the heating power can reach 2.1W/cm², and the heating is more uniform.
