Product Configuration
Defrost aluminum foil heater plate is a heating element specially used for defrosting and deicing,usually composed of aluminum foil, insulation layer and electric heating wire. It has the characteristics of light, fast heat conduction, uniform heating and so on. The aluminum foil heater of the household refrigerator transfers heat evenly to the inside of the refrigerator through the electric heating wire, which is used to compensate for the loss of heat in the low temperature environment and prevent the evaporator from freezing. Its double-layer/single-layer aluminum foil structure enables fast defrosting and avoids decrease in refrigeration efficiency .
Aluminum foil heater for fridge also has temperature compensation adjustment, in the winter or low temperature environment, the refrigerator may cause abnormal refrigeration due to the ambient temperature is too low. The OEM aluminum foil heater automatically starts through a temperature control switch to maintain a stable temperature in the cold room or freezer and prevent food from spoiling due to overfreezing .
