Product Configuration
The refrigerator defrosting tube heater (defrosting tube heater) is a tubular electric heating element. The structure is in the stainless steel tube with spring resistance wire, and the void part is closely filled with crystalline magnesium oxide with good thermal conductivity and insulation. And the pipe mouth is pressed with excellent corrosion resistance and water resistance of rubber synthetic material molded rubber head and connected with waterproof wire.
The refrigerator defrosting tube heater can be made of different shapes and sizes according to customer requirements. Usually the shape has a single straight tube, two straight tubes in series, U type, W type, L type (picture). The defrosting tube heater can be annealed at high temperature, and the surface color of the tube is dark green.

Product Application
The electric defrosting tube heater is often used for the heating of stationary or flowing liquid, used in: refrigerator, cold storage, water tank, solution tank, pool (antifreeze), aquaculture and so on. Promising for aquaculture, the rubber nozzle is waterproof so that it can be completely submerged in water to prevent dry burning damage, and its corrosion resistant type can be used in fresh and sea water. When the power of a single tube is high, it can be produced by the process of filling glue inside the metal tube, which is more reasonable, safe and reliable.
