Product Configuration
The defrost aluminum tube heater is an electric heating element specially used in the defrosting system of refrigeration equipment (such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, etc.). The aluminum defrost heater's core function is to heat the aluminum tube by electric energy, melt the frost on the surface of the evaporator, and ensure the refrigeration efficiency. The working principle of the defrost aluminum tube heater is that the electric heating wire heats up after the electricity is energized, and the heat is transferred to the surface of the evaporator through the aluminum tube to melt the frost layer. After defrosting is completed, the temperature controller or time relay will automatically power off.
The refrigerator evaporator defrost aluminum tube heater shell adopts aluminum tube shell, pipe diameter is 4.5mm (commonly used) or 6.5mm, with good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, to protect the internal electric heating wire. Heating wire usually adopts silicone rubberheating wire, built-in aluminum tube, can be bent into the appropriate shape and size according to customer requirements drawings.
