The stainless steel defrost heating tube for air cooler tube diameter can be made 6.5mm or 8.0mm,the tube with lead wire part will be sealed by rubber head.And the shape can also be made U shape and L shape.Power of defrost heating tube will be produced 300-400W per meter. |

Defrost Heater with Fuse 238C2216G013, also known as defrosting heating tube or defrost heater, is a kind of electric heating element used in refrigeration equipment, mainly used in cold storage air cooler, refrigerated display cabinet and other equipment, to solve the problem of frost on the surface of the evaporator. Frost will hinder air flow and affect the cooling effect, so it needs to be regularly defrosted. Defrost heating tube by electric defrost, the electric heating tube is used to heat the frost layer on the surface of the equipment to melt it to achieve the purpose of defrost.
The working principle of the Defrost heater with fuse is to heat the frost layer on the surface of the evaporator through an electric heating tube to melt it. The electric heating tube is usually made of stainless steel 304 steel pipe as the shell, alloy electric heating wire as the heating body, and the interior is filled with dense magnesium oxide powder as the insulating medium. This design enables the electric heating tube to work stably in low temperature environment, ensuring the defrosting effect .
