Oven heating element resistance is a seamless metal tube (carbon steel tube, titanium tube, stainless steel tube, copper tube) filled with electric heating wire, the gap is filled with magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation, and then it is formed by shrinking the tube. Processed into various shapes required by users. The highest temperature can reach 850℃.
The oven heating element resistance belongs to one of the dry-burning heating tubes, and the dry-burning electric heating tube refers to the electric heating tube exposed and dry burned in the air.The outer surface body of the oven heating element resistance is dark green stainless steel after green treatment, so we often see that the heater tube in the oven is dark green, not dirty or gray.The oven heating element resistance shape, voltage and power can be customized according to customer needs.
