Product Configuration
The crankcase heating strip is an auxiliary electric heating device, mainly used to heat the crankcase shell of air conditioning compressors.When the ambient temperature is below 0 ° C, the compressor may be difficult to start up or run poorly in the heat pump heating state,which will affect the service life of the compressor. To solve this problem, an auxiliary electric crankcase heating belt (wire) is usually installed on the crankcase housing of the compressor to increase the working ambient temperature of the compressor through short-term preheating, so as to ensure the smooth startup and normal operation of the compressor.
Product Function
1 to prevent oil solidification: in a low temperature environment, the oil may solidify because the temperature is too low, so that it can not flow normally, affecting the normal operation of the compressor. The use of crancase heating strip can heat the oil to a certain temperature to ensure that the oil will not solidify.
2. Improve work efficiency: The use of crankcase heaters can make the oil maintain a higher temperature during the operation of the compressor, thereby reducing the viscosity resistance between the oil and the body and improving the work efficiency of the compressor.
3. Extend the life of the machine: maintaining the appropriate temperature of the oil can reduce friction and wear, thereby extending the service life of the machine.
